Project Kumkum
Project Kumkum: Empowering Women for Gender Equality and Economic Independence
About the Project
Project Kumkum, an initiative of the LAMP Educational and Charitable Trust, is dedicated to empowering women for gender equality and economic independence. With a focus on skill training and robust support systems, we are committed to lifting dependent women and creating a more equitable society where every woman has the opportunity to thrive.
Our programs vary in tenure from 3 months to 12 months, offering women the opportunity to develop valuable skills in fields such as Digital Marketing, Human Resources, Fashion Designing, etc. Through intensive training and hands-on experience, we equip women with the tools they need to succeed in the workforce and achieve economic independence.
We provide vocational training based on the interests and abilities of dependent women, following the NIOS syllabus. These training programs are designed to empower women with practical skills that enable them to pursue meaningful employment opportunities and contribute to their families' financial stability and secure future.
Through Project Kumkum, we are not only providing women with the skills they need to succeed but also fostering a supportive environment where they can thrive and achieve their full potential. Join us in our mission to create a more inclusive and equitable society where every woman has the opportunity to lead a life of dignity and independence.
